Our art installation work in Galleries and with private collectors is carried out with considerable experience gained working with world class museums and galleries.
We design and manufacture hanging systems, along with many other products that work well in both traditional and contemporary buildings.

Art Installation.
Art Displays undertook the installation of the travelling exhibition,
'Sensing the Unseen' on behalf of The National Gallery'.
This glazed, heritage framed copy of Jan Gossaert 'The Adoration of the Kings' weighing 144kg required careful and controlled lifting and hanging.
One of the most enjoyable elements of our work involves planning and executing the hang of beautiful artworks.
Many of these works are presented in heritage frames, themselves a thing of beauty.
Over the years we have established the importance of supporting these frames to prevent stress and sag to the lower frame sections, especially when works are glazed.
We have designed special fittings to support these areas when hung direct to wall along with track systems that allow us to use concealed support rods and wires.
These track systems were designed by us and are probably the only hanging tracks capable of facilitating the hang and frame support at the same time.

Delicate objects can be protected using acid free materials whilst they rest in their protective mount, clasp or casing.
Conservation
Our work is undertaken in consultation with curatorial staff and conservation experts to ensure nothing is overlooked when it comes to the protection of the object.
Mounts come in all shapes and sizes, even systems where 3d objects can be hung from carefully designed and constructed hanging tracks.
